Monday, 5 November  - Ministry of OCW in The Hague and Grafisch Lyceum in Rotterdam National framework and policy

09.30 Arrival and register at the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science – The Hague 10.00 - 10.45  Dutch framework education system by Mr Peter VAN IJSSELMUIDEN, OCW 11.00 - 11.45  Quality Assurance system in VET by Ms Thea VAN DEN BOOM, OCW 11.45 - 12.30  Questions and discussion 12.30 - 13.30  Lunch at the Ministry 13.30 - 14.30  Departure and arrival to Rotterdam 14.30 – 15.00  Welcome at the Graphic College in Rotterdam 15.00 – 16.30  Presentations by the College 16.30 - 18.00  Interactive workshop Evening          Reflection by the participants themselves

Tuesday, 6 November – Dutch Inspectorate in Utrecht Quality Assurance at a college for graphic design; JOB student satisfaction review Quality Assurance for Expertise Centres in VET; Information exchange participants

09.00             Arrival at Dutch Inspectorate in Utrecht 09.30 – 11.00  Presentation by Ms Marianne HULSHOF of the Dutch Inspectorate in Utrecht 11.00 – 12.00 To learn about JOB, the Dutch Youth organization for students at Vocational  12.00 – 12.30  Reflection by the participants themselves 12.30 – 13.30  Lunch 13.30 – 16.30  Interactive work session by the participants around  typical issues in Quality Assurance in their countries 16.30 – 18.00  Free time in Utrecht Evening: Reflection by the participants themselves / working on the End of Visit Report

Wednesday, 7 November – Albeda College in Rotterdam and Haagbouw in The Hague Quality assurance in practice at a Regional Training Centre, teacher involvement in Quality Assurance

09.30 – 10.00 Framework:  actors in the field of Quality Assurance in VET by Ms Marloes VAN BUSSEL, CINOP 10.00 - 11.30  Presentations by representatives of Albeda College, Regional Training Centre 11.30 - 12.00  Reflection by the participants themselves 12.00 - 13.00  Lunch at Albeda College 14.00 - 15.00  Arrival at Haagbouw in The Hague, private construction school. School presentation 15.00 – 16.00  Presentation by SBB, Council on cooperation between education and the labour market, Ms Indira von Oven and Ms Ilona de Bruijne 16.00 – 17.00 Presentation by the MBO Raad, Umbrella organization of the Regional Training Centres Evening: Participants make preparations/arrangements for their End of Visit Report by themselves

Thursday, 8 November   - Meeting room in Rotterdam European dimension in Quality Assurance

09.30 -10.15 Presentation about National Coordination Point EQAVET 10.15 -11.00 Presentation about Transfer of Innovation European Projects (confirmed) 11.00-12.00  Reflection and time for questions 12.00-13.00  Lunch 13.00-16.00  Working on report, wrap up, evaluation
